How do you deal with turmoil in your life?
One suggestion would be to just go for a walk. If there is a path in nature all the better, and just absorb what is around you.
Another would be to tap (EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques). No words needed. Tap until you feel your body relax and the tenseness lessen.
Meditate, sit still, and connect with your inner self.
