RUSHED

Do you ever feel when you’re rushed, and you do things, it takes longer than when you take your time?

Sometimes, what happens, is you forget all that needs to be included, and then you have to start all over.

When you’re rushed, it would help to take a few deep breaths, do some tapping, and clarity and calmness take over. You are now able to get the job done, quickly and properly.

Try it, it works.

Sending Love and Joy your way for a purposeful and empowered week, Because I Care.

“Rushed” what an appropriate word to describe the world we live in. I find that too many of us are living life in a way that is rushed. We live under the illusion that time is limited. I used to live my life always feeling rushed, now I make a point to stop myself when I feel that I am doing this. I feel that to truly live you need to learn to live in a state of being and not in a state of doing which is what leads us to a state of always rushing through things, through people, through experiences, and when we rush we miss all the beauty and all the glory.

Being mindful is the antidote for rushing. Slow down. Take the time to breathe. To live.

“Thanks Hilda. When rushed & short on time, I never think of taking a few minutes to breathe & tap.

    A lovely reminder”.

“Even when I have a rush job coming up, I take the time to prioritize and plan it to avoid unwanted disruptions to other things. That way I don’t delay other work which may have a higher priority.

However, there are times when I have to act immediately to get the rush job done to avoid further damage to property or whatever. Luckily these types of rush or panic jobs don’t happen very often”.
